Hi, I’m Eliza Barwick.

I am a Naturopath living in the Northern Territory. I was based in Alice Springs for six years before relocating to Darwin. I grew up in a small country town, Gilgandra, in regional NSW and am very familiar with the challenges that arise from living rurally and/or remotely. As a teenager I became very unwell with a combination of Glandular Fever, Q Fever and Ross River Fever. I travelled countless hours and distances, seeking out anything that could bring me relief from being constantly unwell and chronically fatigued. I learnt a lot on my health journey and found solutions that worked, leading to my studies to become a Naturopath.

I am passionate about helping people who live rurally or remotely, as it can often be very challenging finding services that are accessible or finding someone who knows what it’s like to live in places that may have limited resources. My vision is to educate and empower my clients to take control of their health through making informed choices, working as a team to create goals and help to set you up for success to meet those goals.

My Approach

My approach is to work with you, teaching you along the way, so you can feel better and get back to living the life you want by taking a wholistic approach, taking into account all facets of your life.

The beauty of telehealth consultations is it allows me to see clients anywhere in Australia, and I am particularly passionate about helping those living rurally or remotely.

In 2018, I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and I am an ever an eternal student, always studying to develop myself and further my professional knowledge.

I am also a member of Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA, Member #14908)
